AutoScore360 is an independently funded automotive data and decision-support project. It does not conduct instrumented road tests. Its role is to organise public evidence, expose assumptions and help Australian buyers ask better questions.

What AutoScore360 publishes
Editorial summaries
Source-based explanations of published facts, recurring review themes, trade-offs and buyer questions. These are not first-hand road tests and should not be represented as such.
AutoScore360 Calculator scores
Structured 0–100 decision-support outputs produced from documented inputs and selectable weights. They are not government, manufacturer or industry ratings.
Published-review theme maps
Qualitative visual summaries of recurring third-party review themes. They are separate from Calculator scores and are not measured test results.
Source priority and conflict handling
1. Primary sources first
ANCAP, government recall notices, current Australian manufacturer pages, brochures, warranty terms and official price material are preferred for factual claims.
2. Reputable secondary reporting
Established Australian automotive publications may be used for launch timing, pricing context, road-test observations and specification changes when primary material is incomplete.
3. Conflicting figures
Where credible sources disagree, pages should identify the model year, grade, market and measurement basis rather than silently selecting the more attractive number.
4. Unconfirmed vehicles
Incoming and concept vehicles are labelled as announced, incoming or watchlist. Announced claims are kept separate from confirmed Australian production specifications.
Role and limits of AI assistance
AI tools may assist with outlining, drafting, comparison structure, consistency checks and identifying claims that require verification. AI output is not treated as a source. Material claims should be checked against the linked source material before publication.
AI may assist
Draft structure, plain-English rewriting, table organisation, link checks and consistency review.
AI may not establish a fact
A generated statement, summary or recommendation is not evidence. A factual claim requires a traceable public source or must be clearly labelled as editorial interpretation.
Editor review
Before publication, the site editor reviews material specifications, ranking language, source links, status labels, limitations and whether a statement could be mistaken for first-hand testing.
No simulated road tests
AutoScore360 does not present AI-generated driving impressions as personal experience. Ride, steering, comfort and refinement observations must be attributed to published road-test sources.
Corrections, updates and commercial independence
Corrections
Readers, manufacturers and publishers can submit a correction with the affected URL and supporting source. Material corrections should update the page date and be recorded in the public update log.
Independence
AutoScore360 is independently funded and is not commissioned, reviewed or approved by vehicle manufacturers, dealers or finance providers. A source link does not imply endorsement or partnership.
Future commercial relationships
If advertising, affiliate links, supplied vehicles or sponsorship are introduced, affected pages should carry a clear disclosure. Commercial relationships must not secretly alter calculator inputs or rankings.
Reader responsibility
Rankings and summaries support shortlisting. Buyers should still confirm current specifications and prices, inspect and test-drive vehicles, compare insurance and finance, and obtain professional advice where appropriate.
